HR self service
Please ensure all your details are up to date by logging in to self service to check your:
- bank details
- emergency contact details
- personal details, including address and contact phone number
Payslips are available on self service two working days before payday. For a list of pay dates and other useful information, visit the pay and pensions webpage.
Self service suspension
Due to a scheduled upgrade of the HR System, there will be no access to the HR self service portal from 4pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Access will be restored during Wednesday 4 November 2026. Any online forms or requests that need to be submitted through the system should be submitted retrospectively when the system is available again.
